    Dr. Sears makes a lot of sense in this book. There is a lot of evidence supporting his PACE workout and why aerobic exercise is really not that beneficial, (maybe even detrimental), to a persons health. I will definitely be applying the principals in this book to my workouts.

    This is a great book for people who would like to eat healthier and lose weight withought going to a Gym or go on crash diets, which don’t work anyway.

    I really like Dr Sears ideas and am using many of them. I’m not into the supplements though and one should read the reviews of Creatine and L Arguinine before using them. Overall a very interesting book and I like his routines for working out. I am losing weight and feel like I am much better off than my old 30 minute workout.
