    i do both and i have to say bodybuilding hurts the most but its the most rewarding to get a pump is the greatest feeling you can get basically.

    no but bodybuilding really isnt about strength…power lifting is more about numbers and how much you lift

    He may be the strongest (pound for pound) bodybuilder, but Ronnie Coleman is far stronger than any bodybuilder I’v ever heard of and he’s stronger than Johnnie, but Coleman is also 50+ lbs heavier….
